TransLink launched a new pilot program on Wednesday that links riders with staff looking for information.
Itās called Live Chat and itās a feature on desktop and mobile versions of TransLinkās website allowing customers to live chat with the āCustomer Information team.ā

Live Chatās hours during the pilot will be Monday to Friday,Ā 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

The future of this pilot depends on who uses it.
āIf thereās interest, weāll look into expanding the hours in the future,ā says the post.
Customer Information staff will continue to be available onĀ Ā and by phone at 604-953-3333 fromĀ 5:30 am to 12:30 amĀ Monday to Friday andĀ 6:30 am to 11:30 pmĀ on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
To access the Live Chat, visitĀ Ģż“ǰłĢż, and look for the link in the lower right corner of the screen for Live Chat.
