It’s the Family Day long weekend, Feb. 9 to 12, and you’ve already been home with the kids for two full days, so now what?
Or maybe you don’t have kids, but have the weekend off and are considering taking the MODO BMW X1 for a spin. Here are five ideas to consider for trips easily completed in a day, with plenty of time to stop for lunch.
Feb. 10 to 12: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Create a bird feeder, explore a hedge maze, spot common birds in the garden and play games indoors and examine the functions of feathers under a microscope. Then visit the Bloedel Conservatory for up-close encounters with tropical birds.
