Cycling 101 a West End success story

Re: "Cycling 101," April 27.

Thank you very much for sharing the inspiring story of the Bikes.Community project at King George secondary, and the Robert Lee YMCA here in the West End.

The experiences of the two young students that you profiled speak volumes to the ability of this project to both build skills and confidence in students while at the same time promoting healthy and green transportation.

I'm so proud that Bikes.Community has had its start in the West End and hope, like its coordinator, that this project spreads to many other schools in Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­for the benefit of both students and our environment in tandem.
