It鈥檚 evident that from the abundance of shopping bags that people are leaving the store with. Sale season have a different meaning to me than most people. I will rarely shop for the moment and take advantage of sales to find items for the upcoming season (yes, dare I say fall). Fall is the most expensive season so if you鈥檙e planning to shop sale, be sure to shop smart.听
One of my favourite thing about Nordstrom is you don鈥檛 have to dip into your rent for the month to enjoy your day there despite what most people think. I often start with a refresher from the Ebar (that鈥檚 their coffee bar if you鈥檙e unfamiliar) before I head in to find great deals. When I say great deals, I mean finding transitional items that will take me through seasons and also investment pieces.听
One other tip for shopping is to keep up to date with events coming up. Most people hate being on mailing lists but being in the know can help you strategically plan when you should spend your money. There鈥檚 nothing worst than buying something a week before then realizing that a sale event follows shortly after.听
In the spirit of getting your style calendar in check, Nordstrom is hosting their anniversary sale and their Glam Out event till August 7th so pencil those events in. Whether you鈥檙e shopping for fashion or beauty, you鈥檒l be covered. Ready your credit cards because these items should definitely be on your radar of must haves.听
