Uninsured cyclists may face lawsuits

Re: "Cyclists pay taxes, pollute less," Letters, Oct. 5.

Bravo for you Anne Marie Goodfellow. I am sure you are insured. But how many cyclists in Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­don't carry home or renters insurance if they have the misfortune of hitting someone? It does happen and some are not reported. I see more lawsuits coming up against cyclists who are careless. There is one before the courts now. Wise up cyclists, it's coming.
