The longest-running dive bar in West Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»is up for sale.

The Squarerigger Pub at 150-1425 Marine Dr. is listed on the market for $449,800.

Tucked in the Village Square commercial plaza in downtown Ambleside, the 2,016-square-foot English-style pub first opened in 1978.

The real estate listing describes it as a popular spot for local residents, “featuring traditionally rustic décor and a warm, intimate atmosphere.”

“Great venue for live music, karaoke or watching sporting events,” the listing reads. “No kitchen but easy access to food delivery from the restaurant above.”

The watering hole was set to under its previous ownership The Kooner Hospitality Group. But it was reportedly purchased by a private buyer.

North Shore News reached out the Squarerigger’s current ownership but did not receive a response.
