Orpheum Theatre and the VSO

The restored Orpheum Theatre opened with a special concert by its new tenant, the 麻豆传媒映画Symphony Orchestra. Reaction to the refurbished theatre was wonderfully positive. The lovingly renovated and absolutely gorgeous theatre graces the corner of Granville and Seymour Streets. The Orpheum鈥檚 iconic mural was painted during the winter of 1975鈥�76 on 24 large canvas panels that were then shipped from Los Angeles to 麻豆传媒映画before being glued to the dome.
