The 50-year-old North Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»man who was reported missing on Oct. 13 has been located deceased, according to North Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»RCMP.
Police do not believe that criminality was involved in the man's sudden death, North Van RCMP stated in an Oct. 21 press release.
"The North Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»RCMP offers its condolences to the family and friends of the deceased," the release stated. "We also recognize and thank all of the community members and partner agencies who devoted their time and energy to the search."
The BC Coroners Service has now taken over the investigation, according to the RCMP.
