Photos: Luxury log cabin in northern B.C. comes with stuffed polar bear, fancy fishing gear

There's a whole lot of taxidermy inside

A luxurious log cabin in northern B.C. has hit the real estate market, and it comes with a couple of unusual perks.

The is situated just north of Terrace (though it's off the grid) near the edge of the Kitsumkalum River. The two-story structure is designed like a massive log cabin with huge pieces of lumber. While it may look rustic, it has high-end appliances, generators, its own septic system, and access to Starlink.

Inside, massive logs are used for posts and beams, continuing the log cabin look, while decor includes a huge collection of taxidermied animals, including a polar bear, lynx, and cougar.

And the animals are part of the real estate deal.

The seven-bedroom, five-bathroom cabin also has a gazebo outside (with a fire pit), a guest cabin next door, and another unusual bonus: an "abundance of expensive, brand-name fishing equipment and tackle that comes with the property."

Described as a "sportsmen's paradise," it's located on 101 acres of land.
