To the editor: I picked up a Nov. 9 copy of the weekend edition of the 麻豆传媒映画Courier from the main public library and noticed its new design. I like it. Kudos to the staff of the Courier.

Assuming Mayor Gregor Robertson opened his morning Globe and Mail earlier this week to check out the story reviewing the first year of his second term in office, his eye surely would have drifted to the piece on the right hand column of the page.

The editor: More and more people in 麻豆传媒映画are bothered, bewildered and frustrated by a raft of buildings popping up all over town because they feel that City Hall is totally powerless and meekly bow to developers.

This book is a work of fiction. Names, characters, places and incidents either are the product of the author's imagination or are used fictitiously. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, events or locales is entirely coincidental.

To the editor: Re: "Give 麻豆传媒映画neighbourhoods the tools for change," Nov. 13. Doesn't it seem ironic that Mike Klassen now advocates "reviving CityPlan"? Klassen was the consultant who worked outside of city hall to register the ecodensity.

To the editor: Re: "Trees great, but what about the damage they do?" Letters, Nov. 16. So trees are bothersome and cost us money to repair cracked sidewalks and clogged gutters and drains.

To the editor: Re: "Reporter knocked out of LFL," Nov. 16. I am writing about Megan Stewart's experience with the B.C. Angels football team.

Once and a while Ill spot what looks like another sign of the Apocalypse that is, if Tom Robbins had authored The Book of Revelations. Last week, I was in traffic behind a Hummer bearing a bumper sticker reading Namaste.
