To the editor: Re: "Alberta oil spill likely to shape pipeline image in B.C.," June 13. With all due respect to Keith Baldrey, I have to disagree with the characterization of Houston-based corporation Kinder Morgan as touting a good safety record.

To the editor; Re: Unpopular Clark needs to find a new way, June 20. I appreciate Keith Baldrey tasking so much grey matter on the subject of Christy Clarks flagging popularity, but its really simple. She was not elected.

To the editor: Harold Cotton's letter commenting on the apparent stupidity that appears inbred in Stephen Harper's Cabinet brought back memories of Mike Harris's Ontario, where many of the Harper's ministers cut their political teeth.

To the editor: Re: "Pool displeasure," Central Park, June 22. Residents want to use the Lord Byng Pool. The facilities have been built. There is no shortage of life guards in a country that has well over one million people unemployed.
