Dine Out Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­2018 announces participating restaurants

Are you ready for 2018? It's time to plan your eating.

Now in its 16th year, the annual restaurant and food festival to tantalize locals and visitors to Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­from January 19 to February 4, with its array of special menus and event programming all around the city.

Hundreds of participating restaurants will offer fixed price menus at $20, $30, and $40 price points, including many that will include exciting BC VQA wine pairings (for an additional charge).

While Dine Out Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­is not "officially" announcing the participating restaurants for 2018 until January 11, they have made the list available to Aeroplan members, who are also able to take first crack at reservations.

You can find all of the restaurants, with the ability to sort by price point, cuisine, or neighbourhood, via . Diners can also filter the lists to show special options like Vegetarian, Lunch Menus, and Gluten-Free.

In addition to several mainstays, new additions to the Dine Out Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­roster include brand new restaurants like the ones at Parq Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­(i.e. 1886, , and BC Kitchen) and .

Among some of the most lauded 2017 openings in Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­are places like Botanist and St. Lawrence, which are not participating, however for Vancouver's best new restaurant of last year, Mak N Ming, is on board for DOV with a $40 menu.

Other popular Dine Out Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­happenings include the food cart feast of Street Food City, World Chef Exchange dinners, and the Secret Supper Soiree.
