While ³¢²¹»å³Ü°ùé±ð insists on making their treats in France, to serve Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»they have launched a brand new "pastry laboratory" locally, and it's being run by ³¢²¹»å³Ü°ùé±ð Pastry Chef Mickael de Monte, who has moved here from Paris.
