³¢²¹»å³Ü°ùé±ð Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­adds French cakes and pastries to their menu (PHOTOS)

Now we can enjoy another slice of France right here in Vancouver, thanks to the arrival of ³¢²¹»å³Ü°ùé±ð's line of beautiful pastries and cakes.

Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­was lucky enough in 2016 to be the first Canadian home of , the Parisian sweet shop best known for their perfect macaron. Now we can enjoy another slice of France right here in Vancouver, thanks to the arrival of ³¢²¹»å³Ü°ùé±ð's line of beautiful pastries and cakes.

We're talking about intricate treats with intricate French names, like Ispahan, Saint Honoré, Marie Antoinette, and Plaisir Sucré, as well as ³¢²¹»å³Ü°ùé±ð's beautiful croissants.  There will be the Lemon Meringue Tart, Praline Millefeuille, Milk Chocolate Eclair, Fleur Noire, Pistachio Religieuse, Palmier, Brioche au sucre, and several kinds of croissant and pain au chocolat.

While ³¢²¹»å³Ü°ùé±ð insists on making their treats in France, to serve Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­they have launched a brand new "pastry laboratory" locally, and it's being run by ³¢²¹»å³Ü°ùé±ð Pastry Chef Mickael de Monte, who has moved here from Paris.

The cakes and pastries that we will have in Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­will be exactly the same as in France, prepared according to the same recipes and techniques, and will be available at the two Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­³¢²¹»å³Ü°ùé±ð locations.
