Click and it's at your door - in as little as an hour - is the new reality for Walmart customers across B.C. as the retailer announced this week the launch of the expansion of their on-demand delivery service.

Walmart and Instacart are growing their partnership to serve more shoppers nationwide, including from 31 B.C. stores. "The expansion builds on a successful 17-store pilot in the Greater Toronto Area and Winnipeg, which has been strongly embraced by Walmart customers," notes .
Shoppers can choose their delivery window, ranging from one hour to five days in advance.
According to a Walmart rep, the following B.C. communities now have access to Instacart on demand delivery:
- Abbotsford
- Mission
- Port Coquitlam
- New Westminster
- Coquitlam
- Burnaby
- Burnaby Metrotown
- Chilliwack
- Langley
- Surrey (S)
- Maple Ridge
- Richmond (N)
- Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»(E)
- Delta
- Campbell River
- Courtenay
- Kamloops
- Westbank
- Kelowna
- Penticton
- Vernon
- Nanaimo
- Prince George
- Victoria
- Langford
Walmart adds that some of the B.C. communities have more than one store in the area participating.
Instacart first began serving Metro Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»in February 2018, offering shoppers access to the Loblaw family of stores like Real Canadian Superstore and T&T.
