Last year, Air Canada’s enRoute Magazine named Chinatown’s  Canada’s best new restaurant. Ever since, it's been a bit of a challenge to get a table... Well, this year’s enRoute long-list was recently released, revealing another 4 local eateries that might just be called “Canada’s Best”, so you may want to book a table before the whole city tries to get a reservation. Here's what's on this year's list:

The Pacific Rim’s Botanist celebrates the flavours of the Pacific Northwest with local ingredients and seasonal offerings, including edible plants and flowers that are grown in-house. Expect, colourful plating, simple ingredients, exquisite techniques and bold flavours. View their menu .
